Being a well-seasoned actor, I know the value of researching roles, understanding emotions, and capturing the essence of a person or role that I’m portraying. Since I started acting, I’ve accurately portrayed a mentally disabled person, a soul searching transgender, and a convicted murderer on death row. Needless to say, all those roles required the utmost conviction to even engage in the in-depth research needed to gain recognition for the role. And now, I’m tackling one of the most trying roles I’ve ever done – portraying a pimp for a “Taxi Driver” type film.

So I’m going to Las Vegas for some in depth research on the profession. At first it seems to be that I’ll need plenty of male sexual enhancement to really understand the role. I know that sexual encounters will be a major part of this film and the director wants to make sure I know all about male enhancement products so I can accurately speak about it to the girls in one scene. And I learned how pimps speak to their women, speak to customers, and sort out the risks from the great customers.

I’ve never had to learn so much about sexual enhancement in my life and it actually has me very intrigued to try it out at home outside of the streets of Las Vegas. I guess with male sexual enhancement, I can act like a great Spanish lover in my bedroom also!

Employee feedback is important for an employer to hear. There are many things that an employee can report on to give their owner a heads up. While employers typically know more about the company, employees sometimes see things that their employers do not. Just because their employer is higher ranked and knows a lot does not mean he or she knows everything. Usually employers and their employees work separate jobs and are in charge of different things.

They work in different places performing different tasks. Therefore, employee feedback can be very beneficial to an employer. Employers know about sales and statistics and they can see the results of sales, but they do not always see what is going on on the floor and how the sales and shopping is being conducted. Employees see how the shoppers react and what they do when they are shopping and buying and they can fill their employers in. It can be helpful to report the actions of shoppers and what you as an employee see in them. Not only do employers like employee feedback about what they see from their standpoint and what they see going on with consumers, they also at times like to hear feedback about how the employee feels about the company and their job.

Whether it is positive or negative feedback, the employer and the company that employer works for or is in charge can benefit. Obviously as an employee it is not a good idea to bad-mouth your job and the people and company you work for, but positive feedback and constructive criticism is always beneficial. When employees report the problems they see as well as what is working the business has a better idea of what they need to work on. As long as no one gets hurt, giving feedback is benficial to business.
